BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
PAYMENT> 50% upfront first before I start and the remaining 50% for final artwork> Full upfront payment is accepted as well> No refunds allowed once I started the sketch> Payments are made via PAYPAL, DUITNOW, KO-FI
USAGE RIGHTS> For PERSONAL USE only (icons, wallpapers, reposts with credit)> COMMERCIAL USE (merch, books, advertising, etc.)> Do not claim the art as your own.> Do not resell or redistribute my work.> Do not use it for NFTs or AI training.
PROCESS
> After 50% upfront payment, you will receive WIP (sketches, greyscale, coloring stages)> Request in changes are allowed up to 5 times.> No edits allowed upon completion> After 50% final payment, you will receive the final artwork (without watermark) through email.
TIMELINE> Completion may take 3-5 DAYS depending on complexity of schedule and waitlist.> If there is a delay, I will notify you through DM.
ARTIST'S RIGHTS> I retain COPYRIGHT to my artwork.> I am allowed to post the artwork on my social media, portfolio or use it as samples.> If you want the artwork to be kept in PRIVATE, do notify me in advance.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES> Please provide clear REFERENCES (Pose, characters, etc) to ease the process> Failure to make the first 50% payment within 3 DAYS will result in me moving on to the next client and will be required to wait until I am done with their request.> Failure to RESPOND TO WIP UPDATES within 3 DAYS will result in me continuing without further revisions. This is to prevent other client to wait too long.
